A Senior AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Full Stack Developer is a highly skilled professional responsible for developing and managing web applications using Adobe s AEM platform.

Here are some key aspects of this role:

1. Technical Expertise: They possess deep knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies. This includes proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular for the front end, as well as Java, Node.js, or similar for the back end.

2. AEM Specialization: They are experts in AEM, including its components, templates, workflows, and integrations with other systems. This involves working with AEM s Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities.

3. Problem Solving: They handle complex technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of AEM-based solutions. This includes debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring security compliance

4. Project Management: They often lead projects, coordinating with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions. This includes mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed

5. Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD): Familiarity with DevOps practices is crucial, as they often set up and manage CICD pipelines to streamline the development process

6. User Experience (UX) Focus: They work on developing user-facing features, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also provide a great user experience

Skills required

5+ years on AEM development on AEM cloud

5+ years of frontend specifically reactJS, typescript, stylesheets, webpack 45, module federation at-least 1 delivered client project end to end in AEM SPA Knowledge of information architecture design

Hands on with designing content authoring experience development on AEM

(1.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review.

(2.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

(3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

(4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
