Windows Risk Remediation Desktop Engineer
Requirements:
- Location: Remote, USA (Must be a resident of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C. or New Jersey)
- Must be willing to travel to the sites to troubleshoot or to address any urgent issues
- Working hours & Availability: Monday to Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm Eastern Time
- Must be available on-call during non-business hours to support any Urgent/Major/Critical Incidents
Mandatory skills:
- Knowledge on Active Directory
- Knowledge on Microsoft Intune
- Good customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Remote Desktop Administration
- Computer Patching and remediations using SCCM tool
- Desktop remediation for any vulnerabilities
- Expert knowledge on MS Windows OS & MS Office products
- Must carry a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
- Perform remote and on-site vulnerability remediation and troubleshooting
- Update desktop and mobile applications to align with compliance requirements and user preferences
- Must know how to perform Windows OS installations
- Knowledge on Network troubleshooting and Network commands
- Knowledge on troubleshooting and configuring, Thin-client devices, Tablets, Laptops, Mobile Devices and Desktops
- Knowledge on Drivers/BIOS updates
- Application installation/upgrades
- Knowledge on ServiceNOW
Must have Skills:
