Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud finance modules, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets business objectives. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, strong financial systems knowledge, and exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, IT teams, and key stakeholders to define business requirements, technical specifications, and implementation strategies.
  • Develop project plans, set clear milestones, and manage project schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing financial systems.
  • Facilitate data migration, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of financial data to Oracle Cloud.
  • Lead testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that the system meets business requirements.
  • Manage change management activities, including training, communication, and post-implementation support to ensure high adoption rates among users.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., SOX, GAAP, IFRS) and internal audit requirements throughout the project.
  • Work closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to coordinate deliverables, manage contracts, and ensure quality service.
  • Monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and control costs, ensuring the project stays within approved financial guidelines.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and other core financial modules.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including scoping, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
  • Project management expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Oracle Primavera).
  • Experience managing large, complex projects, including budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data migration strategies, system integrations, and cloud security best practices.
  • Proven experience in change management and driving user adoption of new finance systems.
