Job Description Summary

The Operations & Quality & Specialist will maintain the Component & Development Test (CDT) ISO Systems and Quality Programs, will establish a structured approach for quality assurance, and will drive consistency and adherence to CDT quality procedures and requirements. The Operations & Quality & Specialist will also drive integration and simplification of processes and will promote development of CDT level digitization tools.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain the CDT ISO9001 quality management system.
  • Drive on-time-delivery of all quality items and provide monthly updates on all quality related metrics.
  • Manage the inventory of measuring & test equipment including location control, history-of-use, repair, calibration, and out-of-tolerance data impact analysis; monitor non-conformances, identify and drive process improvement, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
  • Act as main interface with calibration vendors regarding special calibration requirements, repair, and cost.
  • Execute planned process improvement and digitization projects.
  • Maintain and improve several quality related systems and databases (i.e., eTOS, Test Equipment Management, International Shipping Module, training matrix, training records, TC Traceability Database, etc.).
  • Support the internal audit system, perform internal audits and act as escort for external audits.
  • Coordinate the revision, review, approval and issue of all CDT quality procedures.
  • Plan and conduct the annual CDT level quality management review (QMR).


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering, Quality Programs, Operational and Financial Processes
  • Aptitude with analytical tools (ex. Excel, Access and MS Access); specific skills should include: data-mining, pivot tables, data manipulation

U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $79,400.00 -119,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 10/20/2024.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
