IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator to be responsible for providing technical support for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages.

Tasks:

• Perform system administrator assignments including but not limited to installing systems and application components and configuring them on Windows and Linux environments.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, researching and presenting options, analyzing and recommending solutions for both ongoing application changes and new efforts.
• Ensure application and infrastructure security following Federal, State and industry standards are also an essential trait in this role.
• Maintain various COTS applications and help configure changes as required for some SAAS products.
• This position requires heavy collaboration with vendors, customers, and other technical areas to understand and execute projects and changes timely.

• 5 years - Experience with Dynatrace/ Similar debug tools
• 5 years - Experience with XML
• 5 years - Experience with PowerShell
• 5 years - Experience with Azure DevOps

• 5 years - Experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID)
• 5 years - Experience with Network knowledge LAN/WAN
• Experience with monitoring, networks, firewalls, IOT, architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities and other application and server support duties
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
