1. **Asset Management:**
- Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.

- Configure and customize SACM tools to meet organizational needs.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SACM tool users.

7. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Generate reports on asset and CI status, lifecycle, and compliance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
