Job Brief:
We are seeking an Automation Solutions Developer to work closely with a line of business partners to analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop efficient solutions utilizing platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and other cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of high-quality automation processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Define requirements for new automation features and enhancements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Participate in design processes to support business requirements and optimize user experiences.
  • Develop, implement, assess, and maintain one or more components within an application, platform, or environment.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of automated solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs for specific automation tools.
  • Monitor the health, performance, and availability of environments, applications, or platforms, actively resolving any client experience impacts.
  • Embrace mentorship opportunities from senior engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers, technology partners, and business partners.
  • Suggest and implement continuous improvement ideas to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Apply information security standards during code development and seek validation to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts.
  • Identify potential standards and best practices for coding and process development.
  • Ensure all work complies with CoE standards, security protocols, risk management policies, and change management practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor?s Degree and/or completion of a Technical Bootcamp or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience with RPA, specifically Automation Anywhere.
    • Background in software development with a passion for technology and learning new tools and frameworks.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality work independently and in team settings within a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting aggressive deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen desire for professional growth and learning.
    • Basic understanding of quality assurance practices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with low code platforms and intelligent document processing tools.
  • Experience with process mining and workflow automation technologies.
