IT Project Manager (Non Technical)

Location: Remote role Prefer location Houston or Dallas or California -but location is NOT critical.
Start Date:Start ASAP, duration thru end of 2024, then budgets will be redone. Expectations are to extend through the end of 2025.
This is not a technical PM role. Consultant will manage IT projects, but technical skills and experience are NOT required. General PM and sys admin skill and experience is required. Consultant will work with other Fluor business and IT employees.

Consultant MUST be an expert using the JIRA TOOL issue and project tracking software

Jira is a proprietary product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking, issue tracking and agile project management. Jira is used by a large number of clients and users globally for project, time, requirements, task, bug, change, code, test, release, sprint management.
PMP certification is highly desired, but not required.
