We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. Your day to day roles will involve engaging with patients, managing workflows, and coordinating care.

The Role:
We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. Your day to day roles will involve engaging with patients, managing workflows, and coordinating care.
What you'll do:
- Support clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmap
- Monitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to drive execution
- Utilize SQL to analyze provider KPIs and drive product decisions
- Interface directly with our care team to guide provider concerns
- Bachelor's Degree (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in downtown SF office
- Experience with EHR and HIPAA
