Here’s what you’ll be doing:
This role is responsible for delivering various on-site work assignments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication.
- Perform general front office reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data into the computer.
- Respond to customer needs and requests, accept deliveries, and set up food and beverages for meetings.
