  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe RoboHelp and a strong background in technical writing and content management.
This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing help documentation and user guides to enhance user experience and support our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, user guides, and help content using Adobe RoboHelp.
Project Management: Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
Content Optimization: Implement best practices for content organization, single-sourcing, and content reusability to improve efficiency.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on the use of Adobe RoboHelp and other documentation tools.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it meets the company s standards and guidelines. User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve documentation quality and usability.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in technical writing and content management, with a focus on using Adobe RoboHelp.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe RoboHelp, HTML, CSS, and other relevant tools and technologies
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to documentation and content management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Adobe products such as Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe Captivate.
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
