In this role, you will:

  • Create & Maintain Schedules for all clinical/non-clinical employees
    • Clinical Staff (RN, LPN, Chemo Tech, Medical Assistants Floor & Lab)
    • Administrative Staff (Receptionist)
  • Approval/Denial of all Clinical/Non-Clinical PTO (Personal Time Off) requests
  • Receive & handle practice call outs, during and after standard hours including weekends
  • Liaison for Clinical/Non-Clinical/Accounting communication between executives
  • Process Payroll
    • Time keeping
    • PTO entry
    • Review for accuracy of timecards for all hourly employees
    • Control Overtime in the practice
    • Time punch errors
  • Recommends new hires, promotions, termination & transfers for the purpose of maintaining staff needs & productivity of the workforce
  • Enforces policy and procedures in regards to attendance/staffing
  • Counsel employees regarding attendance, punctuality, employee conduct & work rules
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors & Chief Officers to accommodate staffing needs practice wide
  • Daily review of patient numbers to ensure adequately staffed offices for maximum patient care
We require:

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office & Google Drive efficiently and effectively.
  • Other basic skills include, excellent writing skills, professional communication skills with all department levels, detail oriented, multitasking, and flexibility
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am start, some weekend requirements

Salary up to $91,600/year based on experience.
