  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining/managing all accounting functions using GAAP for division of middle market manufacturing company, including A/P, A/R, labor posting, job costing, journal entries and month-end reporting.
  • Perform/manage all accounting functions.
  • Prepare/evaluate financial reports.
  • Assist in auditing and taxation processes.
  • Execute internal controls, processes & procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).


Skills / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Driven leader with excellent team working abilities.
  • Able to stay organized and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong balance of analytical and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in ERP system/process flow monitoring.
  • Customer service experience/skills


EDUCATIONAL/PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
  • Associate degree or relevant experience.
  • 40 hours per week expected.
  • On-site position (not a hybrid or remote work position).
