Responsibilities
The Surgical Process Analyst in the electronic environment support role is responsible for being a key resource within the OR and surgical suite for overall technology management. This may include desktop support, troubleshooting, and project scoping as a technology subject matter expert. Ideal candidates have a strong technology background, are self-motivated, and can work within a matrix leadership structure.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of one year experience in business, IT or surgical supply management. Strong computer knowledge and experience to facilitate data analysis on, but not limited to the following programs: Excel, Access, Word, Windows and HTML (or web development).
Additional Qualifications:
Current Surgical Services experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of quality assurance, inventory control, project management, and continuous improvement concepts preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and task management skills. Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Previous supervisory/leadership experience or training preferred.
