Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Performance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of our SAP environments, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze the performance of SAP systems and applications.

Conduct performance tuning of SAP environments, including database optimization, application performance, and infrastructure enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Develop and implement performance testing strategies and tools.

Provide recommendations for capacity planning and scalability.

Create and maintain documentation related to performance metrics, tuning efforts, and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and performance optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SAP Performance Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and components (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).

Proficiency in performance monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, LoadRunner).

Experience with database performance tuning (e.g., HANA, Oracle).

Familiarity with application servers, network configurations, and operating systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

SAP certification(s) (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA).

Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.

Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
