Job Description:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Salesforce Architect working to drive CRM solution architecture for a company or set of clients.
    Extensive knowledge of best-in-breed CRM applications including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Automation Applications, Forecasting Systems, Bookings and Commissions, Salesforce CPQ, Snowflake
    Certification in Salesforce Developer/Admin roles
    Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.
    In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
    Offers guidance in solution design, and functional requirements negotiation, champions CRM best practices with an integrated approach to unifying customer profiles across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
    Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
    Experience with integration tools and iPaas systems like Workato, or custom-built APIs.
    Experience with cloud-native software architectures and microservices patterns.
    Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Understanding of front-end and back-end development including Aura Framework, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Visualforce, Apex, REST, and SOAP-based web services, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance management.
  • Experience in Salesforce end-to-end implementation experience. Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
