This role is tied to some compliance based intatives that are under way. The team currently uses snaplogic to genrate some files that are sent to states that participate in programs for audit purposes. This will be a new team that will take on this file creation with snaplogic

Key Responsibilities:
SnapLogic Integration: Design, develop, and maintain SnapLogic pipelines for seamless data integration between multiple systems, including Oracle databases.
Data Management: Manage and optimize the flow of data across relational databases, with a focus on Oracle, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Database Management: Implement, monitor, and tune Oracle database queries, ensuring optimal performance for complex data integrations and analysis.
Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling processes within SnapLogic to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, architects, and analysts to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality integrations.
Automation and Monitoring: Implement automation for data pipelines and establish monitoring practices to ensure data accuracy and uptime.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for SnapLogic pipelines, data flows, and integration processes.
Best Practices: Advocate and implement data integration best practices, including data governance, security, and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
SnapLogic Expertise: 3+ years of experience in SnapLogic pipeline development, including design, implementation, and support.
Relational Database Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and schema design.
ETL/ELT Processes: In-depth knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and tools, especially around large-scale data integration.
Scripting: Experience with Python, Java, or another scripting language to support data integration workflows.
Data Modeling: Solid understanding of relational data models, schema design, and data normalization principles.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile or similar development environments.
