The Assistant Vice President of Card Services will lead the Card Services team, driving strategic planning and execution of initiatives that enhance the card products and services at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union. This individual will monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that the card services offered remain competitive and compliant with regulatory standards. The incumbent will be instrumental in the credit union’s card offerings, delivering exceptional service and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, five years of experience in card services or a closely related financial services field, and three years of experience in a leadership role within card operations or financial services are required.
