Functional Tester with Gen AI

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Functional Tester with expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our AI-driven applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute test plans, with a focus on enhancing the performance and reliability of our AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for applications powered by Generative AI and LLMs.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software meets requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on AI model behavior and outputs.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify resolutions and ensure quality improvements.
• Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks where applicable to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and testing methodologies to continuously improve testing practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in functional testing, preferably in AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Knowledge of data handling and processing in AI contexts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
