  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This is also a great opportunity for a successful Professional Development Manager to focus their work on a smaller group of attorneys (about 90). This position will workclosely with various leaders within the firm, including the Executive Principal of Education, Practice Group Leaders and Committee Chairs.

The firm offers a generous hybrid schedule of four remote work days, and one on-site work day, along with great benefits.

Qualifications

  • Five (3) plus years of law firm attorney focused professional development experience.
  • High-level organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple moving projects.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • JD preferred

Job Overview

  • Coordination of training, mentoring, career development and continuing education requirements of attorneys and paralegals.
  • Design & implement and mange in-house professional development programs
  • Assist with new attorney integration
  • Reporting DC, MD and VA CLE credits

Salary will vary based on several qualifying factors.
