  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Licensing Coordinator-Apparel

FREEZE – Manhattan, NY

About the Company: FREEZE is a TOP apparel manufacturer in the license industry working with brands that include but are not limited to Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, Universal, Hasbro, Coca~Cola and more! Seeking a Licensing Coordinator for immediate hire.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and the ability to learn quickly. Must have excellent organizational skills! One year+ of experience preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate and track all product development and approvals from concept to production

- Liaise with internal teams: creative, sales, and production

- Manage artwork, preproduction & production submissions to licensors/studios

-Build Relationships/interact with external brand owners daily

-Attend Brand Owner ZOOM meetings for Creative Roll Outs, New Property Launches, Misc

- Organize and maintain product samples

- Schedule and prepare meetings (when in person meetings resume)

- Support day-to-day needs of the Licensing Department

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle large volumes of work in a timely prioritized manner

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Promptness and reliability a must

- Working knowledge of Mac Computer

- Team Player

Job Type: Full-time
