CRM Data Base
· Regular update of existing ACT database; Monthly data entry.
· Evaluate and propose an improved CRM that will automize data entry.
Software Solutions
· Search software solutions for payroll processing.
· Search software solutions for document management.
· Automate business reports.
Social Media
· Manage the corporate webpage and introduce updates and improvements.
· Manage the corporate social media accounts: Facebook and LinkedIn.
Customer Service
· Answer customer questions and re-direct when necessary. (phone & email).
· Process mailing and tradeshow sample requests.
Administration
· Backup for other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Formal Education and Certification
· Formal education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant discipline.
· Educational requirements may be substituted by relevant working experience.
Knowledge and Experience.
· High proficiency with electronic systems. ACT | Quick Books | Microsoft Office Suite.
· Software as a Service (SaaS) experience highly desired.
· Customer service experience highly desired.
