Account Supervisor, Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an Account Supervisor, Strategic Partnerships to oversee multiple projects at a time and build a strong rapport with clients and cross-functional team members. This is an exciting career opportunity for candidates who are natural storytellers and get excited & understand creative strategy. Candidates should have some experience leading integrated advertising campaigns (with an emphasis on TV).

Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the execution of multiple strategy projects at a time in a fast-paced environment & initiates flawlessly.
  2. Ability to create decks strategically, while also delivering effective & persuasive POVs.
  3. Collaborates and maintains strong relationships with cross-functional team members and across the network to create best-in-class work.
  4. Effectively manages internal and external relationships, including partner agencies.
  5. Strengthens Client/Agency relationships with proactive and value-added thinking and is adept at following up.
  6. Recommends business-building ideas, both for the Client’s business and for our own.
  7. Ability to think tactically, proactively identifying problems and resolutions before they happen.
  8. Demonstrates fiscal responsibility in managing budgets and resource utilization.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency environment
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite an added plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of how most digital platforms work and the ability to form an opinion on how the current landscape impacts the work and the Client’s business.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and make observations. Works with planning to translate these into meaningful implications for Clients.
  • Stays on top of new technology, trends, and media and shares these learnings with internal teams and clients.
  • Understands and can translate how a consumer is connected across the ecosystem including store/social/digital ads/mobile/commerce/web and apps, etc.
