Job Title: Salesforce Email Developer

Top Skills Details:
- 5+ years of experience developing within salesforce marketing cloud (SFMC)
- Must have a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
- Must understand customer journey building, customer segmentation, maintain and create contact lists, and data source integrations,
- B2C space is preferred - understanding of working retail/ecommerce/ or any similar field.

Requirements:
- Certifications: Salesforce certification is required*
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, Salesforce, and email best practices (CAN-SPAM compliance).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organization and time management abilities.
- A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing is preferred.
- SMS Experience: Any experience in SMS is a plus.
- Customer Journey: Must understand customer journey building, including technical business requirements for implementing SMS and push notifications.
- Experience: Enterprise or agency experience preferred, especially with handling multiple data sources and working in a mix-matrix environment.
