We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, UI Software Development Engineering to scale and lead an Engineering team. We are responsible for building out capabilities that will help define the future architecture of the Workday platform as well as shipping new applications to Workday customers.

About You

Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8+ years experience in software development and engineering management roles
  • You have a background working with large-scale enterprise systems and cloud-based environments

Bonus Qualifications:
  • You're comfortable with leadership and mentoring, with a passion for building and leading engineering teams
  • Consistent track record of leading complex technical initiatives
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation & social skills
  • You have experience working with low/no-code platforms
  • You excel in presenting objectives and sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You feel at home working in a "startup" environment (i.e., fast moving, small teams, open questions).

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.CO.Boulder

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $264,000 USD
