The Role

As a Control M Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.

As a Control-M administrator, you'll manage and maintain the Control-M environment, which supports multiple applications.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Installing Control-M/EM, Control-M/Server, or Control-M/Agent
  • Configuring system settings, such as environment display and IdP configuration
  • Maintaining and controlling the Information Assurance (IA) posture of the Control-M infrastructure
  • Migrating Control-M data from one environment to another
  • Securing the Control-M environment with SSL and SSO
  • Installing and managing plug-ins
  • Creating users and roles, and limiting the entities that a user can view or change
  • Creating jobs and scheduling them
  • Providing technical and business support for Control-M
  • Creating documentation of Control-M environments and processes
  • Training Control-M users

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum of five years of experience working with Control-M environments.
  • Proficiency in installing Control-M/EM, Control-M/Server, and Control-M/Agent.
  • Strong skills in configuring system settings, including environment display and IdP configuration.
  • Experience in maintaining and controlling the Information Assurance (IA) posture of the Control-M infrastructure.
  • Expertise in migrating Control-M data from one environment to another.
  • Knowledge of securing the Control-M environment with SSL and SSO.
  • Ability to install and manage plug-ins.
  • Experience in creating users and roles, and limiting the entities that a user can view or change.
  • Proficiency in creating jobs and scheduling them.
  • Strong technical and business support skills for Control-M.
  • Excellent documentation skills for Control-M environments and processes.
  • Ability to train Control-M users effectively.


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
  • Vulnerability management
  • Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management
  • VMware ESX experience
  • Public/private cloud management. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution


The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $128,400 to $266,040
Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880
New York City: $140,040 to $266,040
Washington: $128,400 to $243,960
Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
