Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Onsite L2 Desktop/End User Support Technician to join our team for a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise-level support and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
**Contract Duration:** Long-term (12-18 months)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide onsite support for hardware break/fix issues.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for end users.
- Manage imaging processes for workstations.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve support requests.
- Document processes, solutions, and best practices effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users to understand their needs.
**Qualifications:**
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise Desktop/End User Support.
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, particularly with Windows and Microsoft applications.
- Experience with imaging techniques and tools.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking.
