Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI and Jet BI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using both Microsoft Power BI and Jet Reports. This role requires a strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, data modeling, and reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and Jet Reports solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for both Power BI and Jet Reports.
  • Create data models, perform data integration, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across both platforms.
  • Optimize performance of Power BI reports and Jet Reports.
  • -Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing ongoing support for both Power BI and Jet Reports.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Power BI and Jet Reports tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends related to Power BI and Jet Reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in both Power BI and Jet Reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M language.
  • Proficiency in Jet Reports and Jet Analytics.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
  • Knowledge of Azure data services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or SAP BusinessObjects.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.*
