  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A bespoke, new-age Hospitality design firm is very busy creating highly stylized Hotels, Restaurants and Private Residences. This award-winning company is eager to hire an Intermediate Level FF&E Designer with 5-8 years of Hospitality experience who is also excelled in AutoCAD and has experience designing custom furniture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience sourcing and writing thorough FF&E specs and schedules
  • Develop custom FFE design intent drawings and being able to run with a heavily custom FFE package pretty independently
  • Manages FF&E budget throughout project
  • Experience working with custom furniture vendors to create one-of-a-kind pieces
  • Reviews and approves FF&E purchase orders, coordinates final placement of FF&E installation
  • Develops and reviews construction documents to determine compliance in areas of quality, code and design
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Work closely alongside the team on development of concepts and packages for high-end Hospitality, Retail and Residential projects

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience leading numerous successful projects in high-end hospitality design with a focus on FF&E and project management
  • Should be familiar with Hospitality Brand standards
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Spexx preferred
  • Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while remaining professional
  • 5-8 years professional experience in Interior Design with a majority being Hospitality focused
  • Understanding the priorities within each project
  • Attention to detail
