Job Title: Pre-Admission Nurse
Job Description
Thoroughly educate and explain procedures to patients and family members (diagnosis, disease process, etc.). Document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions, and outcomes for patients in accordance with documentation standards, policies, and/or guidelines. Communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies, abnormal results, and symptomatology. Communicate with outside providers to obtain medical records and clearances needed for surgery.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 20 Week(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Leawood, Kansas.
Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 4-9 hour shifts
