Scope

Corporate IT support provides hardware, software, and network support to in-office and home office end users. Support also includes testing new software or OS revisions, training users, documenting solutions and interacting with IT infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support: Provide Tier 2 support to our corporate and division customers for a variety of technologies, including software, hardware, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software or hardware issues
  • Testing: Test new systems and applications
  • Documentation: Create, update, and manage service and support documentation
  • Training: Conduct end-user training
  • Communication: Interact with customers in person, by phone, or via electronic messaging
  • Follow up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
  • Installing, updating, and configuring software and hardware.
  • Assisting with data storage issues and recovery of data

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with O365 and Exchange Admin portals
  • Experience with on prem as well as cloud Active Directory
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • A customer-oriented attitude in providing professional customer support services.
  • BS in computer science or related field. Previous experience a plus.
