  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are representing a reputable General Contractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles.

The client has a diverse portfolio of projects including Education, Commercial, Institutional construction projects - ground up and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting and quality control
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required
  • Lead and mentor other Project Managers
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within schedule and budget
  • Establish and maintain relationships Clients, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management for General Contractors overseeing construction projects from concept to close-out
  • Proficiency with Project Management software
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
