Responsibilities

  • Sorting and categorizing all donations, which may include physical moving of packages
  • Data entry tasks to ensure information is accurately recorded and updated
  • Handling customer service duties by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Making phone calls to gather necessary information related the programs
  • Printing materials as required for the smooth operation of our services
  • Scheduling volunteers and entering their schedules into our database
  • Assisting in administrative tasks such as organizing files and scanning documents
  • Conducting shipping functions as required
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to manage and organize data effectively
  • Providing general office support to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently handled.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Proven skills in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience in Organizing Files
  • Familiarity with Scanning documents
  • Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively
  • Experience in managing Shipping Functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational level
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
