This is a key leadership role, requiring a deep understanding of human-centered design, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You’ll oversee the design process from concept to execution, guiding a team that champions innovation, user-centric design principles, and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
$240,000 - $260,000 per year. This role may also include eligibility for bonuses and equity.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for the company’s product portfolio, ensuring designs are relevant, useful, and delightful
- Oversee the full design process from ideation to implementation
- Build and scale design systems that create consistent, high-quality experiences
- Advocate for user-centered design in all product decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends in design, technology, and sustainability
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of designers, fostering creativity and inclusion
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and influence product strategy
- 10+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or related roles
- Proven success leading design teams and influencing senior-level product strategy
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Experience in fintech, sustainability, or consumer-facing technologies is a plus
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and prototyping techniques
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field
