Job Title: Technical Scheduling and Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scheduling and Project Coordinator to manage complex, integrated project schedules across software and hardware development teams. This role will focus on coordinating timelines, risk management, and change management to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and managing a master integrated schedule, using tools like Jira, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Project. A proactive, tenacious approach to gathering information and facilitating communication across departments is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the development and maintenance of a master integrated schedule for multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across departments.
  • Collaborate with software and hardware development teams to create detailed schedules that include risk management and change management processes.
  • Utilize tools like Jira, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking progress, managing risks, and facilitating change requests.
  • Proactively manage potential schedule risks and delays, identifying mitigation strategies and communicating updates to all stakeholders.
  • Manage special projects, including demo product rollouts, working with product owners, designers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment coordination and rollout execution.
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, including mechanical, thermal, and quality engineers, ensuring schedules are adhered to and project goals are met.
  • Engage with international partners, particularly in Taipei, handling scheduling across multiple time zones and ensuring smooth coordination outside standard working hours.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-5 years of scheduling experience:
    • 5 years for small project schedules.
    • 2-4 years for large, complex project schedules that include integrated, multi-team timelines.
  • Experience in developing and managing a master integrated schedule, including risk and change management processes.
  • Proficiency in SmartSheets, Jira, and Microsoft Project for scheduling, tracking, and change management.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a proactive, tenacious approach to gathering information and providing updates.
  • Previous experience working with technical teams, including software and hardware engineers.
  • Strong ability to manage logistics and coordinate equipment for demo rollouts, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Comfort working with international teams and adjusting to non-standard time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a technical environment with mechanical, thermal, and quality engineering teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing complex, overlapping schedules.
  • Ability to quickly acclimate to technical teams and processes, with a focus on proactive communication and issue resolution.
Schedule & Location:
  • Hybrid role based in Fort Collins, CO, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Flexibility required for working with partners based in Taipei, handling scheduling outside of standard U.S. working hours.

This is a brand-new position, offering the opportunity to define the role, streamline scheduling processes, and contribute to the success of large-scale, cross-functional technical projects.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $52.00 per hour
