Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Product Researcher for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC 28203 Must have 2+ years of Agile experience and expertise in mixed methods research, with responsibilities including leading generative research and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to inform product decisions.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Product Researcher job responsibilities include:
  • Lead generative research initiatives by using methods like ethnographic studies and field observations to explore user motivations, pain points, and market trends, informing product strategy.
  • Conduct mixed methods research, including user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing, ensuring both qualitative depth and quantitative rigor to triangulate data and generate actionable insights.
  • Create detailed customer journey maps and user personas based on research insights, highlighting moments of friction or delight in the e-commerce experience to align teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to ensure research is aligned with product goals and outcomes, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Years of Experience Required: 5 years of experience in UX Research or Product Management.
  • Experience with D-scout or equivalent research tools, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Case management experience - 3+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in a relevant field as listed above, or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
