Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Senior OCM Consultant, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current organizational and operational state, identify gaps and areas for improvement
Develop a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with the WMS/eWM implementation timeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted training and communications for all impacted roles
Lead stakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments, and resistance management
Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and medical technology standards
Provide ongoing support through the implementation phase and ensure smooth adoption
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Organizational Change Management, particularly in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS/eWM)
Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives in medical technology or related industries
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering training and driving organizational alignment
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
