RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collaborative Work: Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, pitch, create, and deliver video assets for Holiday campaigns.
• Motion/Animation Support: Work alongside the Design Director to animate existing banners and social assets for use across artist socials, web, and CRM properties.
• Content Creation: Develop short-form content that aligns with the aesthetic and style of releases, artists, and brands.
• Animated Assets: Create animated artwork, text, calls to action, GIFs, and banners for artist web properties and CRM initiatives.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Experience: 3-5 years in video editing or motion graphics, preferably in an agency setting.
• Portfolio: Proven work experience as a motion graphics creative with a strong portfolio.
• Software Proficiency: Solid experience with digital editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut). Knowledge of Blender or other 3D software is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of timing, motion, continuity, special effects, 3D, and compositing.
• Creative Skills: Strong storytelling abilities and creative mindset.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
