Position Overview:

KODA Technologies is seeking an All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross Functional Team (CFT) Systems Analyst / Subject Matter Expert.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Inform and support the development of Army sensing requirements across all domains.

  • Analyze and assess the maturity, capabilities, and limitations of current and future sensors /sensor architectures (to include hardware and software systems, networks, and configurations).

  • Support responsive and integrated enterprise models, information, and data for senior decision-makers.

  • Support the analysis, development, and application of sensor architectures for system and enterprise-level implementation.

  • Collaborate with chief architects and S&T vendors across the enterprise to ensure model architecture and implementation meet enterprise system of system interoperability requirements and objectives.

  • Support IPTs, communicate effectively with senior leaders through briefings and reports, and provide recommended technical approaches and solutions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in systems and/or industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or other STEM field is required
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in DoD and US Army Modernization and Transformation processes.
  • Experience in Sensor Architectures, Architecture Modeling & Simulation, and CMOSS / MOSA
  • Experience in Army and Joint Service all-domain sensors and sensing S&T
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop holistic system engineering solutions
  • Ability to collaborate for mutually shared objectives and solutions in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Clearance:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
