PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst needed for a long-term Contract opportunity with Yoh s client located in REMOTE.

The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:
The PMO Analyst will work closely with internal departments and management to collect, review, and analyze data. The role focuses on optimizing processes, developing business strategies, and providing real-time visibility into key performance metrics (KPIs). The analyst will prepare reports, create management dashboards, and use technical tools like Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow to drive data-driven decision-making.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of senior PMO experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Background in Manufacturing or Cnstruction (No IT backgrounds).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Tableau.
• Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred, such as VBA).
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on KPIs.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Develop management dashboards and reports on KPIs and metrics.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights to senior management.
• Offer real-time visibility into data for predictive forecasting and decision-making.
• Set up automatic alerts based on thresholds (e.g., highs, lows, predefined values).
• Conduct text analytics to extract trends and patterns from unstructured data.
• Ensure end-to-end transparency in processes and timelines using workbench tools.
• Analyze and design processes and systems for organizational efficiency.
• Assess current states and customer requirements to define future business solutions.
• Prepare presentations for Steering Committee and Executive Council.
• Communicate portfolio risks and resource utilization to Project Managers.
