  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

Our Downtown Columbus client is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliation in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Produce internal financial analysis of balance sheet and income statement analysis, as compared to prior periods and to budget, and/or standard monthly reporting package for management review
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Be involved with due diligence, integration activities with acquired companies, technical accounting research, and other business issues
  • Provide assistance and support to the Accounting Manager

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial statements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and works well independently but is also able to take direction
