Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Technical Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will excel in planning, tracking workstreams, and escalating risks, with a foundational understanding of technical concepts. While not technical subject matter experts, these individuals will possess enough technical knowledge to effectively manage projects and coordinate with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the migration of 200+ applications from one datacenter to another, including redesigning and rearchitecting applications to enhance Business Continuity.
  • Divide applications into workstreams, managing both complex and simple applications.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects and Application Leads/Architects to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee 5 to 10 workstreams, ensuring consistent progress reporting, issue tracking, and next steps identification.
  • Maintain progress on approximately 15 to 20 workstreams simultaneously, with 30 to 40 applications in various stages of planning or migration.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in intro to mid-level project management, particularly in technical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
  • Experience with data center technologies (compute and virtualization, storage, networking) and experience managing small projects in this domain.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Excel, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to facilitate planning conversations and resolve issues within small teams.
  • Proficiency in standard administrative software, including project tracking and pivot tables in Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and use our Business Continuity tool, BCIC.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
