An individual must meet the following criteria to be considered:

U.S. Citizen

Pass a background investigation.

Possess an active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance.

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Seven (7) Years of experience in programs and/or contracts of similar scope within the Federal Government.

Process modeling/improvement

SOP development/documenting

User interface configuration and development

Training material development/practice exercise development

User interface configuration and development

Document and optimize travel support processes and SOPs

Document and optimize strategic issues and due diligence workflows and SOPs

Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.

Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches and conduct feasibility studies.

Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.

Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.

Work as part of a team with project managers and customers to fulfill requirements.

Develop technical documentation.

Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.

Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
