Executive Producer - Advertising

What You’ll Do

• Lead Advertising Campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end production of integrated advertising campaigns, ensuring our brand’s story is told effectively across multiple platforms, from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with Creative and Technical Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create content that highlights the unique advantages of ByondXR’s immersive technology and virtual solutions
• Manage Budgets and Resources: Handle campaign budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, aligning their vision with the creative direction of each campaign
• Mentor Production Teams: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of producers, creatives, and external agencies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Push Creative Boundaries: Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new storytelling techniques, ensuring our campaigns remain at the cutting edge of advertising
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality and brand consistency across all advertising efforts, ensuring that every campaign reflects the innovation and creativity of ByondXR
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to extend ByondXR’s reach in the market
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in advertising production, with a strong background in B2B campaigns, especially within the tech or virtual experience industries
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from ideation through to execution
• Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of the immersive technology market and audience, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with brands and clients
• Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical information into engaging content
• Financial Acumen: Experience managing production budgets and maximizing resources for impactful campaign results
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to challenges and deliver high-quality results, even under tight deadlines
