Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and improving process performance using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making within a medical device sterilization environment.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of medical device sterilization methods such as ethylene oxide and radiation.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods and tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to use statistical techniques to assess process performance.
- Experience using data to guide corrective actions and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor trends, identify patterns, and predict emerging issues using statistical analysis.
- Analyze data and create reports to support process optimization.
- Track KPIs to evaluate and enhance process effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven decisions to resolve issues and improve quality.
- Support corrective actions based on quantitative insights.
