Job Summary:
Manages complex contracts and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and policies within a secure environment, supporting business objectives through innovative contract formation and negotiation.

Job Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance (Poly highly desired).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience working with regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and FAR supplements (e.g., DFARS).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing contract administration and change control processes.
  • Ability to work onsite in a SCIF environment.
  • 9/80 work schedule: 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM (flexibility required for West Coast supplier support).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contractual review of solicitations, proposal development, and overall contract administration.
  • Analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions for compliance.
  • Establish and maintain the primary contractual interface with customers.
  • Maximize cash flow through strategic contract formation and negotiation.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain cooperation on processes and procedures.
  • Implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and operating plans with a direct impact on results.


Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
