Description:

A Service Desk provides support for tasks related to technical and/or service assistance for users of the IT system. It may be responsible for answering incoming calls, creating tickets for Help Desk staff, dispatching technicians, managing received tickets (tracking and updates), receiving and scanning documents, unlocking user accounts, changing passwords for internal accounts, warehouse control, inventory, user education, escalating unresolved situations, analyzing satisfaction and user suggestions, addressing basic client needs, among others.

Requirements:

  • Technical Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing technical support for Call Centers, preferred.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, among others).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
