Overview:
Client is requesting to provide consulting services to conduct analysis and oversight activities to help ensure in compliance with federal and state Managed Care provider network adequacy access to care standards and requirements. The standards and requirements include provider information data collection via the X12 0450x109 274 Health Care Provider Directory transaction, as well as reporting requirements involving internal and external Medi-Cal processing systems.
Skills Requirements:
Mandatory Requirements:
10+ years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
3+ years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
Possess a bachelor s degree.
3+ years of experience working with program staff and management of relationships.
5+ years of experience working with X12 transactions.
Desirable Qualifications:
3+ years of experience of data modeling.
One (1) year of experience writing, updating, or contributing to budgetary related documents and workbooks (e.g. Advanced Planning Documents)
One (1) year of experience working within a managed care health plan environment.
One (1) year of experience with county-based Short Doyle Medi-Cal Claims Processing Systems.
