DanHil Containers is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative to help fuel business growth. In this entry-level role, you’ll focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while working closely with Senior Account Representatives, who will mentor you through the sales process. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify New Clients: Research and engage with potential customers to grow DanHil’s market presence.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate business opportunities, ensuring a good fit with DanHil’s value-added services.
  • Close Deals: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to successful deal closure.
  • Mentorship: Partner with Senior Account Reps to understand the sales process, market trends & client needs.
  • Set & Track Goals: Establish personal sales goals, report progress, and continuously improve.

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually

  • Hybrid: Some time will be spent in Temple, TX location. Flexible hours, no weekends.

Requirements

This position requires travel primarily to the Austin and San Antonio area. Some travel through Temple and Waco. Home office is based in Temple, TX.
