**We're Hiring: Systems Engineer

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software engineering? Do you have a passion for designing and developing complex systems, with a preference for experience in avionics or aerospace? If so, we invite you to apply.

Position: Systems Engineer (Hybrid Work Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, develop, test, and document advanced software and hardware systems. Your contributions will support new product development, feature enhancements, customer demonstrations, and program advancements.
  • Analyze and Recommend: Review and interpret contractual documents such as specifications, statements of work, and technical manuals. Propose effective solutions that align with project requirements.
  • Test and Validate: Conduct comprehensive internal testing of software and hardware to ensure they meet all technical requirements. Oversee customer acceptance tests to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Innovation: Utilize your technical expertise to drive improvements in processes, code development, and overall team performance.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry advancements. Establish yourself as a domain expert and share your insights with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in developing complex, multidisciplinary systems, with a preference for backgrounds in avionics or aerospace.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while operating a computer.
  • Frequent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
